Rooted in a personal quest to satiate a young child's curiosity about the universe, the Rochdale Science Initiative C.I.C (RSI) was born out of an identified need for a more accessible and inclusive approach to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) learning.

In 2006, a young boy named Labib Abdur Rahman embarked on an extraordinary journey, ignited by a deep-seated curiosity about the universe. Fascinated by everything from celestial bodies to the history of existence itself, his inquisitive mind propelled him on a quest for knowledge.
